As a customs and foreign trade consultancy, we have been offering our services throughout Germany for over two decades. Our core business is advising on all aspects of customs, preference and foreign trade law, sustainability issues and customs services.
Our services focus on the customer, their customs clearance and the handling of customs formalities.

Main occupation: Forwarding agent or business person with professional experience in the above-mentioned areas.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create import and export declarations digitally with ATLAS programs.
  • Process order documentation and invoices.
  • Provide support in the foreign trade organization.
  • Classify in the Combined Nomenclature.
  • Communication with customs authorities.

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training, e.g. as a merchant in wholesale and foreign trade specializing in foreign trade, tax clerk, forwarding training an advantage
  • Professional experience in customs clearance desirable
  • Very good MS Office skills

Tasks include:

  • Office organization: handling general administrative tasks
  • Issuing and sending invoices, as well as checking and processing incoming invoices
  • Correspondence
  • Organizing meetings
  • Organizing business trips: booking hotels, plane and train tickets, car rentals, etc.
  • Purchasing goods

  • Preparation of quotations

Your profile:

  • You have commercial training or equivalent qualifications
  • Previous experience as a team assistant in office organization, office management, or a similar field with a high level of organization is an advantage
  • You are fluent in German and English; other languages are an advantage
  • You have very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • You are characterized by strong social skills, a culturally open and positive personality
  • You act confidently and work in a structured, responsible, and independent manner
  • You have a talent for organization and very good communication skills
  • You demonstrate a strong sense of initiative, commitment, and entrepreneurial spirit

Are you enthusiastic about foreign trade and customs procedures? Join our team as a customs clerk and play an important role in customs clearance and the administration of customs procedures!

Your tasks:

  • Creation and processing of digital, accurate and complete customs documents for the customs clearance of goods
  • Classification of goods according to the Harmonized System
  • Implementation of export controls
  • Coordination and communication with customs authorities to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Advising our customers on customs and foreign trade processes and regulations
  • Order documentation and invoicing
  • Telephone customer service
  • You also keep up to date with changes to regulations and trade agreements

Your profile:

  • Training in foreign trade, logistics, customs or similar areas
  • Experience in customs clearance
  • Knowledge of customs regulations and the Harmonized System
  • Good knowledge of MS Office. Experience with customs clearance software is an advantage.
  • Very good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good Spanish. English and/or German are an advantage
